Mia Maria
Mia Maria is a cultural leader specializing in art space development, business and operational strategy, and curatorial practice.
Pivotal in Museum MACAN founding development, she also led the establishment of Hyundai Motorstudio Senayan Park as Operations Director, and held executive roles at Ciputra Artpreneur and and VP Lead for Pasar Seni Ancol, activating the space and the community during challenging lock-down period.Her international experience includes Collection Curator at the Murray Art Museum Albury, Australia, as well as curatorial and leadership roles with the Singapore Biennale and Jakarta Biennale.In 2024 Mia shaped national policy via the Indonesian Visual Art Blueprint for the Ministry of Creative Economy.
Recognized as one of Indonesia’s seven most influential curators (2018) and a Creative Australia Leadership alumna, she founded Matara Semesta - MS Art Partners.Her mission is to empower artists and institutions by building the necessary system for a sustainable art ecosystem.

Saskia Warouw
Saskia Elizabeth Warouw has over 15 years of experience at the intersection of art, communication, education, and public programs. Beginning her career in lifestyle media at HerWorld and Female Magazine, she developed a foundation in storytelling and content strategy that now shapes her work in the arts.
She has led major education and engagement initiatives at WAGA Art Gallery, Pasar Seni Ancol, and Ciputra Artpreneur, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility for families, students, and diverse communities.Beyond institutions, Saskia brings cultural expertise to corporate environments like Hyundai Motorstudio, curating sustainability-driven workshops and experiential programs.
She is also the founder of SERU! Studio, an independent practice focused on human-centered experiences. Through this studio, she designs interactive education programs, toy design, and experience-driven environments tailored for family audiences, building strong collaborations between the creative industry and institutional partners.
